So finally after so many applications and interviews and rejections I landed a job finally. They negotiated with me well 100k salary decent benefits. I’ll be the first HR for the US for them, they are a China-based company so this will be an interesting challenge for me. I’m gonna take it three months at a time. Not get too excited be strictly business and just keep on trucking just in case if the worst happens again. My last employer caused damage so treading lightly. Any tips going in to this?

Any athletic trainers in the group? I work as an outreach athletic trainer for a large 6A high school and middle school. I have a bachelors degree and 5 YOE. Compared to the salary survey I'm making $10k under the national average and $14k under the district average. I'm unsure on how to bring this up to the hospital and school district in hopes for a raise. My manager is aware, but doesn't want to fight for a raise.

The name of my Company is ByRN4RN Staffing and Academy. We are a dialysis staffing agency and also a dialysis school. Assistant sent me a sheet with ~500 rows, many of which have multiple entries that should have line breaks between each. Instead of using alt+enter for a line break, they manually formatted using spaces to move entries to the next “line” in a given cell. Is there a quick fix?

Hey, what are GOOD paying healthcare careers that a degree is not needed for?

Hi everyone, I just finished my masters degree a few weeks ago, and I’m looking for a new role. I obtained a bachelors degree in 2011 however that school closed and did not share records with WV higher education comission, neither are they at student clearinghouse. The school was accredited, during my time then lost accreditation a year after. (Mountain State University). Can anyone recommend how to handle this with HR if they can’t verify one of my degrees?
