How long should I wait to get an offer letter? I did interviews for PwC Corporate Finance. On Feb 14, I got an email saying that I was chosen for the summer internship and that the details will follow shortly. On March 7th, I sent an email to follow up bcs I had not received the details. The assistant responded that the process is underway and it’s within the hands of the HR. Still haven’t heard from them and it’s been over a month. Is it normal? What should I do?

Are you unionized? Otherwise no
You can accept multiple offers and rescind your acceptance for backup offers (do the opposite of what employers are doing now, rescinding offers). This is likely to burn bridges and you wouldn't be able to work at those firms in the future so only do this as an extreme option
Thanks for that highly practical advise. Actually, well before Covid I saw someone rescind a job offer the day before her scheduled start date. She ended up taking the job I was interviewing for at a major Chinese bank. I was pissed, but a month later I got a job as well. Turned out they had two roles. After six month we both quit on the same day. I went it contracting, and she was rehired by the company she previously ghosted. So burnt bridge restored.

I've heard of protective clauses for WFH, curious if this is a viable negotiating lever too
