Anyone know if BCG Toronto experienced hiring is back on or getting scheduled for Jan?

I recently started a new role and everybody been super nice… I didn’t realize how much my pervious role traumatized me until now because I keep questioning why are these people being nice to me!?

Can any ex Bainies/MBB please shed some light on the difference between leaving consulting to join S&O (or similar role) as an SAC (3 years out of undergrad) vs as a C2 (2 years post MBA + 3 years pre-MBA). What are the differences in role, responsibility, pay (level), and career trajectory. I’ve heard that leaving Bain at a more senior role might help you come in at a senior level at Google faster than if I left earlier and climbed the ladder from the bottom. When she attended she said that there was no point of responding my email as we are meeting anyway. Later on I had 2nd interview with the hiring manager. After 45 minutes she said they will let me know...

McK 🐟 - How long does Mck take to declare results? I had 5 rounds of interviews for a PD role, last one being on 12th Nov. There is no communication yet. There is no recruiter in between and I dropped a mail to the hiring manager (director) asking her about the result. She gave positive feedback and said that she will respond after the Thanksgiving week. The entire week has passed and it's Tuesday of another week. No response yet. Is this common? I am losing hope.
