Why does it matter? We should all be vaccinated by now anyway.

Op here, im asking precisely because I'm vaccinated and I'd like to work at a place with a mandate. Counsel do you know for a fact people can test out?

like

Either vaccine or weekly testing.

It’s not a mandate. You have to be vaccinated to come in the office or attend any office events (e.g., holiday party, happy hours, lunches even if off-site). And you’re expected to come in the office and attend office events starting in Jan (still flex, not everyday, but the point is you can’t be like “I choose not to be vaccinated for no good reason and I will never come in again”). Case by case extra flex if you have young kids, allergy, high risk etc where you or loved ones can’t get vaccinated.

Here is the official language: “Effective Wednesday, August 18, full COVID-19 vaccination will be required for all US personnel coming into a Gibson Dunn office, subject to valid accommodation requests. Proof of vaccination will be required, and more details on how to submit that proof will be sent around soon. Any US personnel who have not submitted proof of vaccination by August 18 will be prohibited from entering a Gibson Dunn office and their access cards will be deactivated until sufficient proof of vaccination is submitted. Mandatory vaccination will also apply to all visitors to our US offices.”

I have been looking at the curriculums for Harvard Business School's Master of Business Administration and Harvard Extension School's Master's in Management. They both have the same requirements, generally speaking, including a field immersion course that serves as a capstone in the Master's in Management, which is fairly new. If I am not able to gain admission to Harvard Business School, but wanted a similar educational experience to become a consultant, should I attend Harvard Extension?

Plaintiffs counsel took my clients deposition today. He mentioned that he would likely be ordering the transcripts and I suggested we split the cost of them (in front of court reporter). He got pretty defensive and said absolutely not, it’s unfair to the court reporter, and that it is frowned upon in the industry to do that. Each party orders (and pays for) their own copy. I’m in my 2nd year of practice, never heard such a thing. I’ve actually split the cost before! Curious for insight on this…
