My project has almost entirely replaced slides with bulleted lists and outlines, even for client conversations. Its amazing. Saves a ton of time, and feels so much more substantive. On a stretch role in my new project - enterprise analytics BA/PM role. Month and half in and manager is chewing me out over concerns I am not retaining the process of how things work and information to do my job.
