Anyone know if there are MBB or t2 CDD decks floating around and scoping frameworks? Trying to bring some structure to the dd process at my VC firm, one of our port co growth investors hired bain and I learned a lot from the report - wondering if I can get other examples.

I’m convinced that the reason some of these firms are so prestigious is because they have intentionally exclusionary recruitment practices. I used to believe that you had to already be rich to get hired at MBB. Now being on the other side of the recruitment process , I really do feel that it rings true. I hate the way we evaluate candidates and decide on who is “high priority” during coffee chats.

From the outside, I always thought of PE firms to be well-oiled machines where everyone is working hard but with a clear purpose. Now starting at an LMM as a senior associate I feel kind of lost.
