Hey ladies. I need some advice. I drive a Chevy 2500 express cargo van for work but the battery keeps dying on me! I live in New Hampshire on the coast so the seawater is always spraying frozen mist all over our vehicles. Sometimes it’ll start with my 12v starter pack but right now it’s not even turning over. My pack is fully charged. Anybody have some insight?

Walking desk vs regular treadmill? I have been researching walking treadmills/desks but I find that they dont have the best reviews compared to getting a regular treadmill. Does anyone have any advice on which to choose? Trying to stay under 1k and dont like that you often cant run on the walking treadmills even though many companies claim you can, but looking for something smaller than a traditional treadmill. Id like to work and walk but Id rather get the best for my money.

I have an interview super day coming up for a PE Ops role. Only got info that it will be 6-8 interviews, mostly fit. Two questions on my mind:
1) Anything I should prepare (other than knowing their business, portfolio companies, my life story)?
2) Apparently 1-2 convos are with folks on the deal team. Should I need to brush up on my LBO and DCF knowledge?
THX!

I’m 1 year into my DC fedgov consulting career (5 years total career experience) and currently make ~ 93 (including bonus). I’m interested in taking on pm roles (with a higher salary) but I’m at a smaller firm and realizing pm roles are limited. Any suggestions on when/where/how to jump? Open to any input thanks!

What is your company's policy regarding jury duty? Is it paid or unpaid? Do they require you to use PTO for it? I work for a small government contractor (under 100 people) and they do not pay for those hours. My last company (under 20 people) paid for that time. I'm a bit conflicted. If you're called for duty I think it's your civic responsibility to serve and should not be shirked but I'm surprised by my company's policy. Appreciate any sharing of other jury duty experiences. Thanks!
