I'm a recent qualified ACCA member (3 year exp in corporate finance). Looking for a role in M&A space preferably in main land Europe. Would appreciate any guidance on how I should approach the job market and what kind of roles I should shoot for. TIA

So are people actually still buying subs these days? I really want a 16610 and I have the means… but $10K is a tough pill to swallow given the price appreciation.

This is keeping me up. Is it okay to ask the school principal if she can have her camera off when she signs on to observe my lesson. I have anxiety about being observed when teaching virtually especially at the time she was available to sign on. Just a very difficult group. Despite trying so hard to engage them, they don’t participate and are withdrawn from my lessons. I just don’t want be so conscientious of her facial expressions should something go awry. Worried that it will make it worse.

Was in talks for an Associate Director of HR but the salary range was 13k-150kplus 10% bonus and not much wiggle room. Didn’t hear those numbers until the end of the convo but really surprised how low it was considering I’m in the NYC area. The job itself sounded great.

If I'm already holding an offer and continue interviewing, when the HR asks me about any existing offers - should I mention about the offer or wait till the technical rounds are cleared? What are the pros and cons of being honest here?
I lost an interview as I was honest about an offer in hand. They don't interview people with offers in hand it seems.
Should I just never mention the offer in hand and choose one offer based on my preferences at the end?
