Hello everyone,
From your experience, should I apply to entry-level strategy consulting positions in Paris (my hometown) or in Dubaï?
Background: I just finished my master's in finance and my bachelor's in target/international universities and did 2 M&A internships (Tier2 bank & elite boutique).
I am considering relocating to Dubai (vs. Paris) because of the following elements:
-net pay
-better chance to get into top firms?
-WLB
-international
-meritocratic
What are your thoughts? Thanks!

Worth a shot, hiring manager won’t probably like it though.
Yes if your current project is wrapping up or can be filled and the company needs you more in the other position.
There's usually a policy from internal transition. Some places it's as little as 6 months, others at least a year before you're eligible. I'd check your handbook.

Check your handbook. Some companies you need to get manager and HR approval before applying to jobs internally. Important to network with decision makers on the team you’re interested in.
