Anyone know Kaseya software/ Datto in Bangalore Whitefield? Need review on it if anyone knows please

My husband went and took a work call outside, sat on a public bench (we live in a downtown area), then came back to the apartment and proceeded to sit on the bed with the same clothes.

Naive question: How many yearly billable hours are reasonable for a good balance of work and home. I have a young child and don't want to miss out on important moments. I had one firm state that their yearly quota is 1900 hours and I don't have a frame of reference as to whether this is reasonable or if it means 12 hour days. I am coming from public service so billables are 100% new to me. Any insight is appreciated.

I am with approx 5 EOE of KPMG, JP Morgan and now Morgan Stanley for Financial reporting. My CTC is 9LPA. I feel it is low. Just wanted to know the better pay with this experience.

Should you always negotiate? I never gave a range during the interview process, I had a TC # in my mind. Got an offer and TC was exactly what I would've asked for. I will take the job.

That said, is there any harm to negotiating for higher here? I don't have any data to back why I deserve a higher #, but feel it's a missed opportunity to just accept the first offer

Most of the review on DXC is negative. How will be job security and work life balance. In most review I see "termination & layoffs." How is current situation in 2022
