About to hit promo at big 4 strat consulting. Any tips for breaking into corp strat at faang/banks/retailers? It’s my dream job but I’m not sure how to position my resume. I have M&A deal cycle experience and corporate growth strategy experience. I am indian with priority date of sept 2016, I-140 approved from prev emplyr and current employer just started the PWD process. So New perm filling looks like 6-8 months away + 6 more months for perm to get approved.
I am hearing that there are high chances the Filing date for both EB2/3 will move this year in Oct.
What should be my move then, should i go back to old employer and compromise on salary for 6 months.

I am in San Jose with AOS (Eb1C) filed in May 2021. Receipt number starts with MSC. Completed biometrics in Oct 2021 and have received EAD and AP in November 2021. I140 approved in Mar 2022. Since then I haven’t received anything and have been waiting for my medical RFE. Do you guys think realistically I have a chance to get GC in this USCIS Fiscal year?
