I’m struggling mentally and it’s affecting my performance at work. I’d like to let my manager know, both to protect myself if/when I fail massively and for support. However, I’m concerned she might be unsympathetic since mental health is personal. What’s the best way to frame this to a manager? For reference, I’m considered a high performer and have more direct reports than anyone at my level…but I feel it slipping away quickly and am concerned I’ll burn a bridge before ringing the alarm.

During open enrollment the only benefit I set up was a health savings account. Now I’m planning to start at a new firm in January. Can I cancel my hsa at EY by inputting life event like changing employment?

Term life insurance question - I added the AICPA annual term policy last year. I've noticed personal finance media seems to push 10-20 year term and not discuss annual. It was considerable cheaper up front and more at the end than 10yr per the fee schedule. If all goes according to plan I'll be at or close to FI within 5-7 years so not sure that I'd keep the full amount past then and would miss the benefit of the cheaper years at the end. Am I missing other risks of not doing 10+ term?

Hi Folks, This is regarding income tax proof submission. I Joined UST on Nov'21 and before UST I was not under any tax slabs. I had only 1 LIC premium being deducted on monthly basis. Though I declared the LIC amount from April 2021 to March 2022. I have still got LIC statements till Dec2021 only. Also planning to invest in ELSS and term insurance by Jan end. While i only submitted LIC in investment declaration form. Can someone guide me what will be the process henceforth?
