Hi. What do you do with a gaslighting boss and coworker in a small office? I also don’t feel like my boss even cares about me. Examples- there was a man with a gun in parking lot that I had to flee from and call police, he didn’t care- just asked me when I was coming back to work.😳 zero compassion. didn’t care I had a blinking light above my desk, waited two months to fix it though my eye was twitching! We’ve just had performance reviews, and it turns out that every junior/mid associate in my practice group (including me) that I have spoken to has individually been told that they’re performing above their level and that they are amazing etc. Is this normal / is this a retention tactic?
