Anyone know of any female fitness influencers (other than Blogilates, who I love) on IG/TT who do both pilates & heavy weight lifting? Looking for some motivation, preferably someone who's on the thicker side. I've found a few, but they're all very slim (nothing wrong w that, but am looking for some w my body type).

Would also appreciate any tips from anyone who's already doing this! I train 4x/week w upper/lower splits and am looking to add in 1 day of pilates. Goal is to increase flexibility.

Diagnosed with ADHD at 40. Tried Vyvanse for a couple of months. It works in terms of depriving grogginess, afternoon post meal crash, and suppressing appetite (at times).

Hi! Does anyone have any pet insurance recs? My dog is 3 yo, healthy, small chihuahua/Boston terrier mix. He’s had surgery on one of his legs and now has a plate in there that the doctors say might bother him when he gets older. But not an issue for the foreseeable future. I was in a very bad shape last year (major anxiety episodes, OCD flares, panic attacks) and now I'm MUCH better. I feel like one thing that helped through it was for the first time in my life opening myself to experience my spiritual side (not talking religion here).

I feel like now that i feel better overall, I'm disregarding that part of me but wishing i still had that drive to feed my spiritual self. Any ideas on how to bring it back to my life in a way that doesn't really feel forced?

I have been WFH ever since Covid hit. Which I love! ( I do miss the social part of it tho). But I feel ever since then, I became SUPER lazy. (Not with my work) I live in NYC. When I needed to go to the office, I would wake up at 5am, go to the gym, take the train, go to work, come home, cook, spend time with my daughter and help with HW and spend time with my husband. Anyone here ever have to take medical leave for burnout/depression? I averaged 250 hrs/month for the first half of the year (including one at 300+) and even though my hours are better now I feel like I never really recovered to a functioning level. I am looking forward to taking two extended vacations between now and year end but there are days I feel like I can’t even do my job for another week or even a day. Just looking for some encouragement that I can recover from this with some time off.

How long does it take your body to grow accustomed to less food? I’m watching my caloric intake and keeping it at about 1500 cals but I’m always so stinking hungry. Will I ever get used to it?

Anyone have a sensitive stomach? Id love to hear some explanations from the crowd that aren’t a serious medical condition - just an above average sensitivity. I don’t think I have IBS, but I get really triggered by certain foods and they just run right through me. Some triggers I know (too much cream / fat, or conversely a large amount of raw vegetables) but other times it feels really random.
