I have offer in EPAM systems with 24 lpa and other offer in concentrix catalyst at 26 LPA. Can I negotiate with EPAM and which company is good?

Would you take an offer where there’s a lot of red flags about the company, the title is down leveled, but the money is better? For context, it’s not a creative role, I’d be the first woman on the team, there’s no bonus or 401K match, but the salary is $50K more than my current role. But there are so many red flags and the entire process was very chaotic.
