Is it average to hit Consultant to M promo in 2 years? Spent the entire last year working solid 65+ hour weeks across delivery, BD work, community of practice, mentoring, etc, to try to craft the perfect story. Got DA tag last year and at progression point B. Had a call with my CC yesterday and she said we can try for accelerated progression and that she would not put me up for promo.
