Anyone know of good recruitment agencies that places PMs in Europe? Mainly looking at the UK, Netherlands, and Germany.

I’m in Africa and once my contract is up I’ll have to go back to my home country where there are 0 PM jobs. Getting a visa to another African country is a nightmare and it’s actually easier to get hired in Europe.

Currently got 1 year of PM experience, with almost 3 in dev/design/engineering before and during undergrad.

I am switching employers to Accenture.

I am being told I cannot clear a right to work check until my BRP arrives. And because of this I will need to have my start date pushed by two weeks (start date is mid Jan right now, visa approved yesterday and they need the documents by end of week).

Does this make sense? I'm trying to argue my case as I don't like the idea of losing two weeks, and I am approved. I cannot control the post delivery times...
