Texas biglaw: let’s name & shame firms who expect us to go back to the office five days a week with no hybrid model going forward.

Personally, I will continue to WFH twice a week despite my firm “strongly encouraging everyone to be in the office once vaccinated.” Wtf are they going to do? I’m an adult and if I’m billing my hours, it shouldn’t matter.

Midlevel Corp NYC big law. Received a mixed bag review during mid-year review. Even positive and negative. My reviews over the years have had peaks and valleys. Worried about consistency.
