Considering an MBA, but besides the rage of MBA international trips and growing your network, what did you gain out of your MBA experience?

Should I lowball my income on MBA applications (Europe/ Asia) to increase my chances for a scholarship, or does it make no difference ? (*income bound in non liquid investments)

I graduated college a little over a year ago and started working at a big four firm in salesforce consulting. I have 2 certs (admin and app builder) + vlocity/“salesforce industries” developer cert. I’ve been in both functional and technical projects over the last year, but don’t really love the implementation space. I know I don’t have a ton of experience so far but wanted to see feasibility of jumping to a solution engineer role at salesforce with only 1 year exp to help pivot. Thanks!

What are some non-MBA graduate degree options that are worth pursuing to round out a career in digital/content strategy?

Is there a ceiling in BD&L work both in consulting and in industry for those who didn’t do a PhD or MD? I feel like most of the individuals I see in these roles at senior levels have one or both degrees. Am I “wasting” time taking projects in these spaces if I only plan on getting an MBA?

Question for the group. I am an experienced individual currently searching to get out of private and into public. I am a CFE and Certified Technology Business Management Executive (CTBME) with an MBA and am scheduled to take AUD of CPA on May 13th. Am I barking up the wrong career tree to try to exchange an extensive and diverse career into what appears to be specialization within public? I really enjoy project work as the monthly grind has worn very, very thin. Opinions?

I entered law school in my late 30's as a second career. I have strong pre-law experience (Executive of small company, 60 employees, $4m budget, MBA, etc.) and law school credentials (Top 10%, Managing Editor of Law Review). I'm willing to make less coming out of school than I did before, but want to ultimately land as in-house counsel with a decent wlb and make $200k+. I'm looking for advice on the best path to get there and how long I can expect it to take.

Interviewed with Chicago court 2 weeks ago; they decide mid-August. Interviewed with DC judge last week; hear from him by this Friday. Chicago said if I need an answer before August, they'd try to make a decision about me sooner.
Should I ask Chicago for an answer? Or should I wait until there's an offer from DC judge? Maybe seems better to withdraw before an offer is made rather than ask for time to think about it/turn down DC? What's proper etiquette?

Got an offer from b4 for a lateral move. The offer was only 7% more than my base with no sign on bonus. I told the recruiter I thought the base was a little low because we have salary raises and bonuses coming eff July and am on target for 10% raise and 10% bonus. What should my counter offer be?
I was thinking a 15% salary raise and a 7% sign on bonus would be fair?

I returned and was laid off due to “no path forward” not due to performance. I generally have good performance reviews though only an average performance on my last project. This has been at least the fourth time cancelling our meeting on the same day it's scheduled. They are in a time zone that gives them a 2-3 hour time advantage over me, and so I usually receive cancellations around 5am when I am sound asleep. As in, is it better to be any type of BA/EM/etc at McK than doing the “sexiest” strategy work at a B4/tier 2? Would any of y’all at Tier 2s accept any lateral role at MBB? Curious to hear thoughts

I have money issues, despite making 140k TC and my partner making 70k, we struggle to come by comfortably. The mortgage, the car payments, credit cards.
