Has anyone here negotiated dog care expenses while traveling for work? I am single, live alone, and have two dogs and it’s not cheap to board them or have a sitter when I travel ($100/day). I am in talks for a job with lots of travel and it would be a significant cost to me to care for them while I’m away. Asking friends to take care of them isn’t a long term solution for a job with 25% travel. Any tips for how to bring this up and ask for this to be covered contractually?

Who uses agile/scrum project management in their agency and is it efficient?

Is there a commonly accepted practice for discussing referrals of potential class actions with other firms? I have a potential client, and believe to have identified unique legal theories that would enable the client to file suit. I worry that a firm may use my theories, run a marketing campaign to find a different client, and avoid having to pay a referral fee, which I would be requesting within the parameters of my state bar’s ethics rules. Thoughts?
