My company wants to evaluate software that can help us automate our data specifications guide. Basically for every project we do, we need data from our customers in a specific format (varies according to the project, product, customer etc.) Currently it is a very manual process wherein we have a Google sheet template, we add and remove data elements based on the project, save as pdf and send to customer. But as we're growing this isn't scalable. I am not sure what to even search cont'd..
