1. Just transferred to big 4 FDD as snr from big4 audit (~a month ago, with no deal yet under my belt)
2. Studying for fmva certification
3. 1+ year plan is to take the GMAT & apply to ivy league mba program. Planning to break into IB and then PE later.
4. Got approach recently by a recruiter from Houlihan Lokey (HL) for an associate position in the Midwest. Comp range 120k -130k. I make about 100k now.
- Is the move going to be worth it? what'd you do

I have received an offer to work with another big 4 in London as manager with their consulting team starting June. The role is definitely a step up in terms of responsibilities from my current role as a senior consultant. Is this legal? My spouses company just decided to change their comp structure for account managers. It was base + comm, now it’s commission only but nothing changed, OT commission is the same, didn’t get more points, just took away the base pay and said work harder basically. So now they have to worker harder to get $50k they were already making. (Not a decision based on employee performance, they’ve been crushing it. I think the company is just trying to save money they overspent else where)

Coming from ACN, senior analyst, 3yrs total experience so far & wanting to get into the data analytics/BI work. Currently have had experience working with SQL developer, OBIEE/OBIA, Teradata in ERP and Healthcare projects. I also have my AWS Cloud Practitioner Cert, hoping to eventually get the Data Analytics Cert later. What are my chances of finding a role with another company that'll let me work in BI/data analytics and build up my skill at the same time? Been thinking of leaving ACN.
