1. Content Marketing Manager remote for a pre seed tech start up. I'd be the 2nd hire growing the product (probably 125k total). Seems riskier?

2. Associate Brand Manager at big corporate role is hybrid (also seems super faced paced and high stress/long hours) probably around 117 base + 30% bonus.

I got an offer from Aptiv for $100,000 + 5% annual bonus + $2,500 signing bonus. This is a new grad role for Algorithm Engineer located in Los Angeles, CA.

Final round at a start up. Have 2.5 YOE and they said they’d offer equity. They just had a 20 million dollar series A, and have roughly 50 employees. What’s a reasonable amount of equity to ask for?

If you don’t have 8 hours of billable time a day, do you leave as is or do you fill in the gap with non-billable work? While I am in the office, I don’t always get the billable amount since I don’t have enough work. Seems like a waste of time to enter non-billable time just to fill in the gap but I also don’t want them to think I am not there and slacking off.
