So you are asking about switching from Advisory to Consulting? How long have you been at Deloitte and do you have a strong network in your destination OP?

You need to build support from your destination OP. There are plenty of ways to do this with WFH - that's not a good excuse for not getting involved if you want to switch. But switching to consulting with barely any experience isn't realistic either. You haven't achieved a track record of success and likely don't have a strong biz case for why your destination OP should take you. Do you know what OP/offering you want to land in? Did you not realize you were landing in advisory/audit?
Give yourself time to build the experience you need and network. Be patient.

I was with Deloitte Tech Consulting for 5 years. Feel free to try to do the internal switch, but it takes a lot of effort and time. You could go get an offer from Accenture or Ey and start there in a few weeks. Then switch back to Deloitte after a year or two
