I have fallen into depression because except the first few years of my career, I haven’t had a good team. My bosses were all horrible - siding with client even at ridiculous ASAP requests, toxic boss mentality, or casually throwing me under the bus and not listening to me. I am now at a point where I know what I did and why, but maybe that I am the incapable one… I had to move my jobs within 3-4 months and I don’t want to do that anymore. Has anyone gone through this? What helped?

What do you think about password protecting the entire portfolio website? I have only 1 project. It is a company work, but I recreated all the graphics and design proposal. There is no sensitive info about company or its products. Anybody else struggle speaking with offshore team? They don't really answer my questions directly and not the best at explaining things, I have to ask several times to get the answer from them.
