Just got an offer at Deloitte. Feel like comp/rank are too low due to lack of diversity of interviewers. :( Can anyone relate?

What compensation amount (including bonus and stock) is fair to expect at Amazon for senior IT Controls/IT Auditor position? Total 5 YOE.

Deloitte fishes, question on sign on bonus payback. If I ask for it to be deducted from my PTO payout; do you know if my PTO payout is first taxed and then the remaining is used to deduct the sign on bonus or the gross PTO amount is used for deduction?

If the base salary for an in house position for a junior level is $170K, how much negotiation do you think could be reasonably done to get that number up? I know mileage will vary but does anyone have any stories of getting offers below $200K and negotiating up significantly?

Applying for digital marketing/ communication specialist at another hospital. Requested $30-35/hr. Their HR is saying at that rate I’d need 10-15 years of experience in my field. I’m currently at 4-6. However after doing research via glass door it seems that their rate for 10-15yrs is 20k lower than the market rate of $95k median. They are still communicating with me and have no said sorry the salary you’re requesting is too high. I’m being paid $28/hr now. Anybody in comms and marketing field?

I’m a mid level engineer and my team is overwhelmed. There’s more work than we can complete in the timelines that leadership/product has committed to, which is causing leadership to override technical decisions seemingly to meet those deadlines. An example would be routing all live traffic to a feature which was not fully tested, instead of waiting until testing is complete or having that change be dormant and the feature enabled later. Has anyone dealt with this type of issue?

I just finished my Masters at UT Arlington. I’ve been working for this firm for almost 3 years in uptown Dallas. I technically don’t have a title, obviously because I’m not license. Under/over? Greater NYC, Strong b2b product marketer dipping toes into ecom and trying to move from a 1986 sales strategy to, say, solidly 2017. In house Creative lead over a team of 7-10, offering $180k plus 20% annual bonus. Seems low to me but am I just operating with an agency salary scale mindset?
