Anyone know what base range would be for remote AGC at Meta based in more regional city like Denver? For some reason even though housing is super expensive I assume the comp range is still lower?

Thanks!

Don’t they have to disclose comp range in Colorado?

like

Only base range

Housing is not super expensive in Denver compared to HCOL.

My Bay Area tech company hires in Denvee at a 15-20% discount to Bay Area.

Boulder on the other hand is almost twice as expensive as Denver for housing at 1.1M for an average house.

FWIW we were told today there is going to be an emphasis on going into the office

Interesting, how are they going to handle that for locations where they are hiring advertised remote?

Does anyone know of any remote contract jobs in auditing? Specifically, risk management, compliance or internal auditing? I’m able to work 20+ hours a week. I’m a detailed-oriented person and and a great communicator. I also have a lot of experience in presentation design and enjoy doing those a lot. I would prefer a contract job receiving a 1099 and am not interested in being a w-2 employee. Please let me know if any of you have any referrals. Thank you and I appreciate any tips you can give.

Solo Atty wants to hire me to start in 2021. I was briefly informed how payment would occur - modeled like a less experienced colleague/associate attorney under Solo Atty. // base salary with a portion of what Solo Atty rains // freedom to do other legal work on side solo // cut if I bring in the same type of work into firm. How can I professionally bring up a salary bracket they have in mind? Not sure if Solo Atty and I are thinking of a similar range of pay.

Started an in-house job after leaving a firm. I love it. Looking back on my old job, I now realize how gaslighted and manipulated I was. People at the new job treat me with such respect, it feels amazing (also sad that my bar is now so low).

As a result, I'm super motivated to do a good job and deliver, but this is a BIG job, one where I can't come close to clearing my plate every week. I'm working 12 hour days to be as responsive as I can, but I know that's a recipe for burnout. Advice?
