Living in mcol city on east coast, wondering what salary expectation to have. Graduated 2009 so I think my job/income prospects back then negatively warped my view of what current market rate is.

I have CFA charter, almost 7 years experience perf attribution and fixed income analytics. Make 84k plus ~6k bonus. Want to move to more of an equity research role. Okay w taking a Jr role as I imagine salary is not much different, but don't know. Seems they prefer new grads, so a 36 YO may not fit

Just curious if all the cardiac sonographers starting out in the profession, what was your starting wage? After working so many year how much did your income increase? How much was your pay for being on call?

Currently I am one year out of school starting at around $26/HR with my on call pay being $2.75 an hour (we doing it weekly at my hospital) and we average around 100 hour of on call so it’s close to $300 per on call week.

On one side the US system demands I work and domicile in US, the other side says families should be prioritized to stay together. My spouse has had enough of the process. I feel trapped abroad and locked in a dysfunctional system. We're just in limbo, it's depressing

Watering Strategy - i am not an expert, but I water once a week for all my plants. Many places I have read, allow the soil to completely dry out in between waterings and some say just check the top 1 inch. What is true?

I have an orchid that hasn't bloomed in years and has like 2 sad roots to it but it's leaves are healthy green. Need advice on how to stimulate root growth so it can start flourishing again.
