And 2 days ago I got another offer from banking client with almost 25k difference of base pay of first client. And benefits from banking client is much better. And they gave start date at 06/27. It’s chaos - every person above me wants something else and there are constant discussions, bickering and politics being played. Is this representative of other (LMM?) PE firms, or did I get unlucky?
