Was surprised the internal recruiter mentioned I’m required to work PST hours regardless of location.
Kind of weird coming from a product that prides itself on empowering remote collaboration.

LA only enforces a max for buildings not termed new construction (which is like 10 years for some reason) and certain other classifications. This will vary too depending on if you’re in LA or an adjacent city

I got 10% increase + my former amenities are no longer paid for. I am now paying for everything (trash, water, electric, & internet).
I got a 2% increase yesterday. I live in the city boundaries. Feelin good!

It’s 5% + inflation or 10%, whatever is lower. Since inflation is so high, it will be 10% for 2022
