Had a question- I pulled up my I-94 form and saw that my entry date was valid till 2020 which was my old petition. After that I had applied for extension and got an approval till December 2022. If I am international (3 yrs OPT + 2 remaining years on H1B) and just started in consulting (but want to leave in <2 years) does it make more sense to just start looking for jobs now (and leave consulting in next 2-3 months), and then apply for gc from the new job or stay until I-140? Can Indians get I-140 by end of 2nd year in consulting if my company will apply in Aug 2023? (Started Aug 2022)
