Grad job advice needed! Should I take a data analyst role at a no-name boutique or non-strategy/non-finance Advisory role (Physical Asset Management) in Big 4? My end goal is to end up in Strategy (MBB, LEK, Kearney, Big4Strat) after an MBA or by networking. Which role would set me up the best? Thank you kind sirs.

How do you deal with a teammate that creates unnecessary work for themselves and others and then acts passive aggressive towards the team? Example - MD has already reviewed and signed off on the document and their feedback was incorporated. Teammate then takes 3 hours to change a ton of the content before sending to client.
When leading a team through a reasonably large process change (e.g. changing from non existent to… something), is it a better idea to adopt a Big Bang approach (huge change, but all at once) or through smaller iterative changes (over many months)?
