If you’re 70 I’d be thinking about retirement.

Good friend is there and likes it. They recently adjusted pay to get closer to market, but it certainly is not a market-paying firm, particularly as you get more senior.

Hi Fishes
I switched to Nagarro in May 2021 from Infy and at 23.5 lpa as a senior staff consultant with a lot of product owner experience (in search, merchandising, and AI/ML space) from the last 9 years within ecommerce industry. I still feel underpaid as my last company Infy spoiled my salary growth in those 9 years. What annual hike can I expect in Nagarro? Or should I start exploring outside already now? I feel I should be earning 40-50 by now based on my experince, but is that realistic?

Hi. I am 8 weeks in and bleeding dark brown. Light bleeding. I have already checked last week through an ultrasound that it is not an ectopic pregnancy. There was normal heart beat. I know miscarriage is an option, but any other reason that I could be bleeding without miscarriage?

Imagine you are a senior associate who is respected in the department but spend almost all your time working for a particularly powerful rainmaker. If you go with rainmaker, what are the chances the new firm makes you partner off the bat, assuming you are valuable to the rainmaker?

Anyone else who feels that they want to step into the more analytical/executive/operational/financial side of business?

I feel that as a corporate lawyer, you’re mostly doing the necessary details to carry out someone else’s decisions (= EG the boring part of business). The most "strategic" advice you give is perhaps advising on a choice between transaction models.

Would only a law degree and big law transactional experience be sufficient to go into more traditional business roles?
