Is it worth upgrading to the delta reserve card from the delta gold card??

Does anyone have good resources (podcasts, newsletters, Facebook groups, “behind the scenes” Twitter accounts, whatever) for community managers? I’m on smaller, non-product focused accounts where our community is very static, and I really want to learn new approaches and make sure I’m learning from the best.

First time mama to be here. I am contemplating if I want to even do account anymore (have been for awhile). E.g., the position got posted on LinkedIn on Monday and it may take a week to network a bit, complete the application and submit. Do you think I should rather try to submit it earlier? Anyone at Goog NOT using GHIPhealth plan? Just joined and with 3 months left in year, and many out of network costs, don’t see how it would be the best plan. I know most do GHIP so just trying to understand better. Ran my own model and for short term don’t think makes sense for me but anthem rep keeps pushing ghip.

Got an offer from Google this week for L4 non-tech role, 5 YOE. Can you help evaluate this?
- Base: 120
- Bonus: 15%
- RSU: 120K/~4 yrs (was originally 90K but pushed back hard)
- Sign on: 10K
- Location: Austin, TX

This number is already negotiated once. I asked again for 150K RSU but not sure if I’ll get it, will see next week…is this lowball offer?

Hello! How do I figure out the pay range for a position posted. Looking at a Program Manager position on LinkedIn and the post describes *Colorado minimum salary requirements in the 100k. What level would this be? I was told by an current employee that once you apply for a position the recruiter can only move you up on level, so I don’t want to blow my chances for a lower pay range . How realistic is it to be able to switch from Google Cloud Marketing S&O/ Annual Planning (L6) role with 20% time on an outbound PM role >> to the Product Strategy / PM ladder internally in 1-1.5 years?

Weighing out this option vs a PM offer from Meta. Ultimate goal is to lead Product Strategy for consumer tech.
