I lead a team of associate recruiters, recruiters and senior recruiters at Korn Ferry RPO. To answer your question, ARs are making around $65k, recruiters $80k and senior recruiters $100k

Question/Advice. I’m currently working as a Pre-Access/Biller for a worker’s comp role with a 3rd party company handling 2 major hospital accounts. I feel severely underpaid as I work claims, pre-auths, follow-up, AR, RTW/atty req/med req/c9 req/approvals, etc. for the WC revenue cycle. Interested in hearing others salaries for the role? I'm currently salaried at 54K + 30K (7500 paid quarterly) capped bonus.I have 5 years previous experience in this position and I am tasked with handling all multifamily quoting projects for our office. I got an offer letter from Mindtree before but they did not meet my salary expectations - hence after informing the recruitment HR i let the offer expire as she promised that she will be sending me another offer soon.

Till last Friday the status of offer was Offer Released and now from Saturday it is Offer in Progress.

I'm having trouble finding my first job as a healthcare manager. After submitting many applications and receiving so many rejection emails, I've become frustrated. Any advice anyone can give is greatly appreciated.

How much stock do you put on benefits? I have two offers with stark differences in benefits. Job 1: role I want, but benefit sucks (2 weeks paternity leave, 20% coinsurance). Job 2: role is okay but higher level and great benefits (16 weeks paternity, 0% coinsurance, 5 more days of vacation). Total comp is the same though. I wonder if I should just focus on role but Job 2 is a large company, so I can move around after 2-3 years I’d expect. Thoughts?

Just need your idea/experience (if any) on the following query:
I already have an offer with CTS.
I am also getting offers from other MNCs, but for other locations.
If I wish to join CTS only, but want to negotiate with them, on the latest offer I have with an expectation that they atleast match the same amount (if not offering me more).
So just wanted to know, whether at all they would provide me a revised offer or would they be strict enough to let me go & not negotiating at all?

I have three years of experience in agency recruiting and HR. I’m currently making 47k as an HR Coordinator. I’m in a rather peculiar situation. I have been in the HR field going on 4 years, I have over 11 years of management experience, I got my PHR last year and I recently graduated with my MBA with a concentration in HR this month. I am ready for a more challenging role. However, there doesn’t seem to be much available at my current company. However, I am going on 5 months pregnant with the expectation of being out in October.
