Started my career at a B4 tax. Throughout my 6 years thus far I've been ambitious, always over achieving and striving to be a partner one day. Some part of me still wants to make it there. Recently started looking outside of PA and got a great industry offer, money is good and the position seems interesting. Now I am second guessing myself. I always considered former colleagues who exited as "didn't have what it takes". I don't want to be that. Conflicted. Please share any words of wisdom.
