Hi Everyone,

I interviewed with Infosys Consulting and their were 2 rounds. Post the same, I got a mail from HR stating that I have cleared those and asked me to share documents and fill one form with academic details and expectations.

It has been almost 40 days since I submitted those but HR hasn't called me. Gave them couple of polite reminders over email to which they reply everytime that they'll get back to me next week, however to no avail.

Hi.. I have cleared all 3 rounds of intrvw at ey gds.. got confirmatory call from hr as well. During the salary negotiations, hr qouted "x" amount, while my expectations were "x+y", i asked the hr to see if it can be increased, hr came back with "x-y" offer qouting that business group has approved this much only. What kind of joke is this!

I’m curious how long people were in the peri menopause phase? I’ve read it’s an average of 4 years but I’m curious what people’s experiences are. I believe I am late stage peri menopausal and my periods have been very irregular for the past 9 months ranging 13-60 days between periods. When is it worth it to take a pay cut? Received an offer from a startup today, the salary they are offering me is 30% below my current salary - offered them my range during the interview but they stuck to their initial salary when they sent me the offer. No 401k, no WFH, but they have unlimited PTO. They are also offering me 10k shares of common stock (25% vested 1 year after the date vesting begins and the remaining on a monthly basis over the next 3 years). What's a really good "difficult" question that you as a candidate can ask the (big law) interviewer?

Context: I had callbacks at a big law firm while i was in law school and after one partner finished her questions and I finished asking my questions, she told me to ask her a really tough question, something to really stump her. l fumbled and am pretty sure that majorly factored into the rejection.

What would you ask?

Describe a situation where you had to put your overall organizations interest first, even if it affected your team’s or your own success. What complexities were involved? What did you do to resolve the situation? And how did you communicate your decision to those involved?

After 2 years of a pandemic and working independently for many years, I am not feeling interviews AT ALL. There are points in the interview where I want to just say "Look! Either hire me or don't".

How can I get over this feeling? I'm over the whole "stand in the line of fire to prove how good I am" bs. Any recommendations for getting over this or possible industries to pivot into to avoid bs interview processes and ghosting?

I am terrible at withholding salary information from recruiters. Yesterday a recruiter gave the line “I would hate for us to get to the end of the interview process only for it to turn out that we couldn’t give the salary you would need” so I panicked and threw out a number that was thirty percent higher than my current pay. He then told me the salary range which was way higher! Do you really just firmly repeat “I need to learn more about the team and benefits before I can assign a number?”

Hiii! Just had my final interview and only got to ask one question because it was times up. Was hoping to use that time to show my excitement for the role and company. We used up the time discussing my role and him connecting it to role im applying for. At the end I only got to ask about company culture and quick goodbye. (I’m a former employee from the consulting side) I had a first round interview, that from my perspective, I aced… I answered everything thoroughly, I was engaged with the interviewer…she stated my skills lined up perfectly with the role and that she wanted me to talk to her manager….15 min after the interview I get a no go email…ugh
