I work at a 40 person company and about 35 went to the same very highly regarded school. 5 of us (including me) went to an easier school but 2nd in the state. The majority likes to make fun of us, like a 45 year old dude still making college hate jokes.

I’m 1.5 months delayed in getting my recommender a gift, what should I get him? Potentially dumb question but should I include a “tech & relevant skills” section on my resume like I would for job searching?
