Have seen posts about MBBs’ hiring spree. Would a lateral to an MBB this early in my career be possible?

FWIW, applied to all 3 in UG. Interviewed at BCG for internship in Fall 2018 and Bain for full time in Fall 2019. No offers. Only things that has changed since UG is taking GMAT (770).

Is QEF inclusion dividend or not? Sometimes, I see QEF inclusion reported on Line 11i and sometimes on Line 6a. I think we can rely on Sec. 1293(c) but I think it’s not foolproof. My hunch is since QEF regime is tailored to treat the PFIC similar to domestic mutual funds, we should not treat the QEF inclusion as dividends. Any help is appreciated.

Why can thanksgiving and Christmas be such harder days? I had a lovely day and am lucky enough that my latest bout of anxiety ended (more like mostly dissipated) about two months ago. I haven’t had high levels of depression in a while and I almost NEVER cry even when I’m depressed. Yet, I ended my day in tears today. Is this normal?
