Parents have no savings - and they have bad credit. They do have a decent amount of equity though in their house though. I'm assuming they won't qualify for a refinance and if they did their rates are not going to be favorable. Can they sign over title of the house to me - and I refinance?

I have an issue with leaders meeting with my partners behind my back. They have done this a few times now and pitch ideas we cannot follow through on, which they'd know if they were more involved in the day-to-day. I (latina female) approached the conversation and made a conscious effort to keep emotion out and only address the facts but was told to "simmer down". Any advice on how to manage these types of 'leaders' or this situation?

Range on ES (S&P) sell at the highs on Friday worked, it worked almost too well. We fell out of the range in the afterhours and opened up with a gap lower on Sunday night. That gap sent us to 3027. Then it was a gap-fill long that basically worked until Europe trade this morning to 3097. At that point, there been two sells of a major Halfway back short. We are still defending that short. However, it's a Monday and major trending defining moves rarely happen. Bearish below 3100. 2999 Target.

My friend is visiting from out of town next week (staying with me). I’m already feeling anxious because I’m just returning from travel and work has been intense/draining this month. I’ve also had to handle some personal things. I’m not feeling up to the social activities my friend has planned, but I don’t want to pull the plug on her last minute when I already committed my home/time. Any advice?
I’m feeling really low about my job because of my toxic ECD. I can’t bring myself to quit because I feel like I don’t have anything to show from my time here. I feel trapped.

Currently in the oil and gas industry and with the economic environment and the way things have been going, don’t see myself staying for the long term. I have plenty of FP&A experience but can seem to get my foot in the door. Has anyone else made the successful transition? How did you go about networking to break in? It seems like my networking efforts have been less than fruitful.

Been working with a recruiter and received an offer from a company through them. Also got another offer from a company I applied for on my own. I’m leaning towards the company I applied for in my own and I feel bad just thinking about how I’m going to have to let the recruiter know that I’ll be rejecting the offer through them. Anyone experienced this?
