I’ve been an IC in Account Management for several years now, and I’m not sure of the ladder from here. What direction do folks typically take from here? Program management, product management, sales? Im looking to continue growing, leveling up, and increasing comp over the next ten years.

I am working from home since March 2020, Got married in Dec 2020..My wife may have thought that we will move to Pune after marriage but we are here in 2022 and I am still working from home..My office is still offering work from home for a long time may be but my wife is forcing me to move to Pune.
