Nah culture has gone downhill after they changed their strategy from augementing projects to now trying to compete with the big 4 and deliver entire projects on their own but not have enough resources to do it.

I interviewed for a TAM position in CSG.
Had great feedback and even passed the final panel round. But was told, they over hired last quarter and wasn't enough budget to currently meet my hiring needs. Seems kinda odd, they would post an opportunity and provide such a response.
So the recruiter asked me to wait until the Q3 quarter and he would reach out. Any insights, is this common at SF?

Applied for a VP, Client Partner role within CSG few days ago. Already had a former colleague as a referral but if I get an interview I may ping you for pointers
Certain teams may have slowed hiring outside of consulting. Can’t speak for org strategy in what were traditionally account support roles. Delivery teams have been encouraging referrals all along and leaders have been posting their open recs on LinkedIn.
What are comp levels within CSG? Something around $170k?
SA, $175 OTE. Subtract 15%, that’s my base.
