I have heard murmurs of this. Been working my butt off in a very tough environment (great company, very toxic division) and they’re asking questions like “have you thought about looking for another job this year? I'm a single woman, and just woke up at 1AM to a random man (who says he's the superintendent, I've never met him) in my apartment. He used a spare key and seemed to be able to locate a water leak. So I think he is the super. I think this is categorized under an emergency, but is this legally acceptable? I am still shaking because I thought someone broke into my apartment and I was asleep.
