Anyone looking for a roommate? I'm 22 years old, male, hoping to get a 2 br or even a 3 br. Budget is $2k to $2.4k and I'm open to anywhere in manhattan starting late april or early may!

Little about me, I moved here in June 2021 to work in consulting. Lived alone for the last year bc I got a covid deal on a 1 BR, but rent is going up. I'm pretty clean and social but definitely respect that roomie may want alone time!

Hi All, I have been in TCS for the past 3.5 years. I have asked my supervisor for promotion, he gives excuses of Band criteria and COVID-19.
Will my promotion to ITA happen automatically once I complete 4 years in TCS or will it have to be done by the Actual process of begging managers and HRs to get the promotion.
Additionally, if I do get promoted to ITA, how many months will I have to wait to resign.
TIA.

Have a somewhat confusing question hoping to get some insight. I had to cancel a Southwest flight last year due to covid. They issued a credit but informed me I had to book a flight that was before 9/22/21 or the credit would be lost. Here’s my question: if I book the flight so it is before the 22nd and use the credit to pay for it, if I decide to change flight dates to after 9/22 would that transfer over? Or would I have to forfeit the credit and pay for the flight. Hope this makes sense!

My brother is burnt out at a top agency. He’s still on probation and can’t get sick leave. He’s not even allowed to take time off! The job is completely wrong for him but he doesn’t earn enough to save a rainy day fund. He was asked to work when he caught covid. Often works late hours. Is doing an AD role when he is a Creative at heart and has no idea where to go next.
I work in a busy sector and I thought we had it bad, but it’s completely in humane and I need some advice on how to help.

Hello everyone I have 29 years as a dental professional in Texas. I started as a dental assistant back in 1993. As my career progressed as a RDA, I moved to the front office and eventually management. I even taught dental assistants and became the Program Director of a DA program. COVID opened up remote work for me, I manage eclaims, claims corrections and billing for two offices. $20 per hour, no bonuses or incentives, I know I am not getting paid enough! Any input would be appreciated.

Are awards still make or break, and do top shops like Rethink, Cossette, FCB etc. only hire creatives from big shops or other top shops? I’ve been in the biz for 6-7 years working at mostly small/mid-size shops & got some good work (so the CDs say), like some fun TV & social for big brands, but I’m finding myself a bit stuck. I know it’s COVID, and no awards + being a WOC probably doesn’t help. Thoughts on hiring process from people who work at these places?

I just want to do everything as quick and efficiently as possible. I’ll also be shipping everything so I need to inform the moving company of a new address.
