Planning on traveling to Colombia in late December/early January. Visiting Bogota, Medellin, and Cartagena. Supposed to travel with a buddy but he’s getting a little apprehensive because of the travel advisory the State Department put out recently about travel to Colombia. Also, the amount of $$ given to us has no tie to how close we are to the gift giver or the gift giver’s financial status.
