4. Rubrik- offering Senior Salesforce BA role 20 lpa (fixed) but its a 10 month contract role

Please help me decide which company to choose on basis of career growth, job security and work culture

Got offers for BB Trade Assistant (Associate) & Accenture Management Consulting (CDP Senior Analyst) in HCOL. Base is 6 figures + 15k with BB. I have been pursuing ibanking/trading, but consulting seems like it will offer better opportunities for the future, especially with Accentures focus on tech. Im looking for long term career progression and high salary.

Any brand side project managers here? I’d love to talk about the transition from agency to brand, key differences in the role/how you work with various marketing departments, etc.

Having a bit of an existential crisis - but fishbowl hasn’t steered me wrong so far.

I’ve got an offer to study a masters in international affairs (focus in economics) at Columbia SIPA (no financial aid package) or I could stay in management consulting (5-6 ywe) at Oliver Wyman.

I enjoy consulting but it wasn’t what I see myself doing long term. Longer term I saw myself either being an economist or working in the world bank.

We rate against four company values and five competencies. It was easy to define the rating scale against the competencies, but I'm having a really hard time defining them for the values. Well 🐠, I did it. Finally got a job offer at a brand name tech company. Only took 6 interviews, 2 panel presentations, 1 rescinded job offer, 20+ hours of preparation, 7 months of waiting, and meanwhile getting passed over twice for internal promotion.

Current: Consultant, $135k, 8 yoe (6 yoe in consulting). HCOL city.
Offer: Pre-sales, $235k (70/30 base/bonus) and $45k RSU
