Anyone make the move from SAP projects to more MBB / strategy / mgmt world? Looking for advice on what relevant skills are, job and responsibility differences, etc

I'm trying to get into MBB for SC strategy consulting roles. I'm working for a boutique analytics consulting firm and I've done a fair bit of Supply Chain Modeling. Any leads would be helpful!

Can anyone let me know how easy it is to apply to a consulting firm in Dubai directly coming from London? I am currently working at a T2 strategy firm in London and my partner and I want to relocate in ~1.5 years. My firm does not have an office in Dubai whilst my partners firm does. Is it possible to apply straight (rather than moving laterally in London, waiting a few years then transferring?) interested in MBB views too. (I would have roughly 2.5 YOE by then)

What do MBB recruiting cycle timelines look like for recent grads? ~1 year out of undergrad and hoping to land an entry level role.

Anyone have any insight on how I can make myself more appealing for a consulting role at a Big 4 or MBB?

Background: 27 Afro Latino Male recently graduated from a State School with a Master’s Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. After undergrad I worked at McKinsey for 2 years as an EA and was urged to get my graduate degree to pursue consulting. Now 1 year removed from graduation, I’m still having a hard time landing at a good firm. Would having orgs like PP and NAACP hurt me?

I am a business strategy consultant working at MBB in the US. I am looking to switch to a product management or strategy role in tech companies. Ideally I would switch to a company in the US and then transfer to India for about a year within a few months.

Suggestions on companies that have such options to transfer to India?

In MBB / T2 market in SEA what would be the net take home ( in USD post tax w/o adjusting to cost of living) relatively to each other . My sense is that if we take Singapore of index of 100% of net income for the level than:
1) Indonesia 70%
2) Malaysia 80%
3) Thailand 75%
4) Philippines 65%

I’m convinced that the reason some of these firms are so prestigious is because they have intentionally exclusionary recruitment practices. I used to believe that you had to already be rich to get hired at MBB. Now being on the other side of the recruitment process , I really do feel that it rings true. I hate the way we evaluate candidates and decide on who is “high priority” during coffee chats.
