Any articles or books on maintaining a trusted client relationship? OR any pointers towards doing that?
One consistent feedback I receive is that I don't follow through on client relationship. I build tremendous trust and good will during an engagement, but I let the relationship die out once we wrap the work out. OR It is luke warm at best with a periodic email once in a while, unable to introduce people or grow the relationship.
Any help?

He’s done a good job of making our office culture less crappy so I def want to encourage him to continue that.
