Anyone meet someone and they end up being super rude for the first time?

Never. I have only ever met kind, honest people, with good intentions. We live in a town called Utopia. It’s great here. Everyone gets along and respects each other. We pay fair wages and have great work life balance too. No one struggles personally, financially, emotionally, professionally.

Have you not had the same experience?

(Also, not sure why this is in the compensation bowl.)

Like a date or work?

Any other women out there been called “bossy” by male in the workplace? 🙄

Is it better to work on private or public jobs? They say private allows you to see more but the public jobs come with prestige

If Anyone is looking for a referral into a BD role, feel free to reach out to me.

So... Layoffs in Europe, eh? Well at least they're being honest about those, instead of the layoffs in the US they've covered up.

I left Deloitte S&O to be an associate director of corporate strategy at a f500.. pay is better but it's a little slow.. is there any chance of joining an MBB at Manager level? I'm post MBA..

So Clear is amazing.

I started as OM for this amazing non-profit in April 2021 and I'm starting to regret it. The ED is toxic AF and staff is afraid to speak up which puts me in the middle of some very uncomfortable situations. I do enjoy the work when there is no drama, however it is starting to weigh on me. I've also spoken to the ED about what needs to change and negative feedback, however it keeps happening. Do I start looking for another role ASAP? or ride it out until I decide in my own time what is next?

W2 vs 1099
Thinking of moving to the dark side and doing independent contracting. Wondering if anyone has made the transition and has any advise.
