Anyone moved from GT Strategy to Big 4 or vice versa?

Infosys is offering me an almost 50% rise from my current base pay with 100% remote and client-specific travel only. Need to know if it will be a good move for me or not considering that Deloitte (my current company) is one of the Big 4. I am not sure whether joining Infosys will close the door of other Big 4 or Accenture for me or it doesn't make a difference as I already have 5+ years of experience working with Deloitte with an overall experience of 12+ years.

Google TC evaluation for a TPgM in Bay area for L5: Base - $175k RSU - $190k (4yrs) Annual Bonus - $15% Sign-on - TBD Currently M at B4, on deck for SM promo in July with 14 YoE in cybersecurity, tech, full stack dev, and SaaS. Could Product Manager be SC level if I have my MBA or is it not even considered a Strategy role? And do they only consider you an “MBA hire” if it’s from a top tier school?
