I have a offer from wolters kluwer with 12fixed and 10% variable and 1Lpa JB and I got selected in Innova solutions as well and I came to know they have a good budget
I will be asking for 18LPA Fixed, if by chance I get it , will Wolters revise my offer letter as it being a product based company I am leaning towards them

My professional life at the moment is far from ideal. I’ve been on quarantine (long story, but a good one) for the last seven years. Royalties from my books don’t pay the bills. My entrepreneurial pursuits remain hampered. For the interim, I’ve been looking for a remote opportunity where I can leverage my skills in marketing, sales, social media, and elsewhere for a decent sum. I have a social media presence which, in recent years, reached millions. There has to be something exciting I can do.

Moved to Dallas a few months ago, anyone else think it’s strange that so many neighborhoods use rear entry garages and people drive through alleys to get to them? Never saw these growing up.

Hi Team, I got interviewed in LTI and I got confirmation mail from HR that I am selected for discussed role and they want my documents to go ahead for offer letter. 2 weeks they didn't respond me and stopped taking my calls and now HR said position is on hold after and under review, I am serving my notice period in current company since I resigned after offer and didn't give any interview in between because offer and HR was really promising.

Guys please suggest what should I do?

Anyone else hate when people overuse the word “right?” when they speak? - - that’s part of the being a consultant, right, you need to look and sound the part, right, or you won’t be taken serious right.

Okay there are posts that are cringe and then their are people genuinely proud and want to share their accomplishments. Let’s not act like their story or accomplishment is nothing. Not everyone walks the same shoes. That being said, agree?
